Hi, I’m Khushboo Desai: the artist and creative mind behind Glam Grave.
I’ve been working as a professional makeup artist and hairstylist since 2019 and my journey has taken me across films, web shows, brand campaigns, editorials, live events and most importantly, countless brides. Bridal artistry has been a core part of my career from the very beginning. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with brides to create looks that feel timeless, elegant and deeply personal, ensuring they look like the most elevated version of themselves on one of the most important days of their lives.
Work Experience
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of actors and personalities including Samay Raina, Plabita Borthakur, Ridhima Pandit, Yukti Thareja, Kamya Alhawat, Apeksha Shetty and Sushmita Shetty. My film work includes projects such as Marco and KJQ, along with the anthology web series Kaali Peeli Tales on Amazon miniTV.
Beyond screen work, I’ve collaborated with brands like Zouk Bags, Gush Beauty, Diam Beauty, Lotus Jewellery, GJC India and Silver Plaza Jewellery. Creating looks that align with each brand’s identity while still carrying my artistic signature. I’ve also worked on live event glam including an event for Spotify RAP 91, where performance energy meets camera-ready precision.
Glam Grave was born from my love for contrast… the meeting point between moody, bold, unconventional beauty and classic, powerful glamour. This balance is especially reflected in my bridal work, where I blend softness with definition, radiance with structure and tradition with a modern edge. Every face I work on is approached with intention, detail and respect for individuality. Whether it’s a bride walking down the aisle, a personality on screen or a creative concept for a shoot, my goal is always the same: to create looks that feel elevated, confident, and unforgettable while still feeling like you.
